About
A small studio, on purpose.
Tevronx started in 2019 after one too many late nights debugging someone else's "temporary" pipeline. We build the data infrastructure we wish we'd inherited.
We're a handful of senior data engineers who got tired of watching good teams lose trust in their own numbers. Not because of one dramatic failure — those are rare — but because of the slow accumulation of small ones. A column quietly renamed upstream. A backfill that ran twice. A metric defined three different ways in three different dashboards. Each is minor. Together they teach a company to stop believing its data.
So we kept the studio small and the work narrow. There's no sales team, no bench of juniors, no incentive to stretch a two-week problem into a six-month one. When you talk to Tevronx, you talk to the people who will read your code.
What we believe
Principles we actually hold to
Measure before you rewrite
The instinct to replatform is usually wrong. We instrument the existing system first, because you can't fix what you can't see — and most of the time the fix is smaller than the rewrite.
Fail loud, not silent
A pipeline that crashes is annoying. A pipeline that silently produces wrong numbers is dangerous. We optimize for catching the second kind early.
Leave the keys behind
Our best outcome is that you don't need us anymore. We document, we pair, we hand back a system your own team can run.
Say no honestly
If a project isn't a fit, or you don't actually need us, we'll tell you. A short honest answer is worth more than a long engagement that shouldn't have happened.
The team
Senior, and that's the whole model
Everyone at Tevronx has spent years on the platform side of a data team — on call for the pipelines, in the room when the numbers were wrong. We work in small pods, usually one or two engineers per engagement, so context never gets lost in a handoff.
Where we work
Remote-first, tooling-agnostic
We work with the warehouse, orchestrator, and transformation tools you've already chosen. We're not here to sell you a migration you didn't ask for — we're here to make what you have trustworthy.
Work with us
If any of this sounds like your data team, let's talk.
No pitch deck, no procurement marathon. Just a conversation about what's breaking.
